About The Hi Fives FLL Explore

This is a science fair-type robotics program for kids in 2nd - 4th grades (ages 6-10). Teams will be made up of 2-6 kids. Kids will learn and use core values, learn basic robotics using a Spike Essential kit, and create a science fair like project as they work together to prepare a presentation to present at an expo in April. Kids are expected to create together so they need to be familiar with purposeful building and be open to collaborating with teammates. Some Parents/Guardians will be needed to help at meets and the Expo.

Important Dates

Meetings: Wednesdays 4:15-6:15 from January to April
Local Explore Expo: April 5th, 2025
Golf Tournament Fundraiser: June 1st, 2025
